Shaketa is a Licensed Loc Specialist Servicing the Triangle area and beyond. She’s a trained Sisterlocks practitioner. Shaketa also specializes in Microlocs, and Traditional Locs. She enjoys cultivating healthy Beautiful locs for men and women.
Policies
These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
Appointments:
Booking: I recommend booking your appointments online. Please reschedule your appointment online or contact me if you need assistance.
Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows Are subject to a cancellation fee (see below).
Late Arrivals: We understand things happen, but please be courteous of other clients' time. If you run more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the service to accommodate following appointments. Clients more than 30 minutes late will need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.
Deposits:
Lock Installation: To secure your lock installation date, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied towards the total service cost. the non-refundable deposit is subject to one rescheduled date if notified within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. a second request to reschedule will result in the total deposit being forfeited.
Other Services: A 25% Deposit is required for other services at our discretion. Please inquire when booking your appointment.
Service Information:
Wash Included: Loc services include a shampoo with the exception of establishments. For establishments please come with clean product free hair in its natural state.
Consultation: consultations Are required before booking loc establishments. Price is determined at consultation and is based on hair length, density, and loc part size.
Additional Policies:
Children: Due to safety concerns and the nature of our services, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless approved by stylist.
Payments: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Products: We offer a variety of high-quality hair care products for
purchase.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost belongings.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
